It’s ideal to hire your wedding planner 12–18 months before your wedding to ensure ample time for planning, securing the best vendors and venues, and creating a seamless experience. However, we’re also experienced in working with shorter timelines, so feel free to reach out anytime!
2Do you travel for weddings?
Yes, we are happy to travel for weddings and have extensive experience coordinating events abroad. We will act as your eyes and ears on the ground, ensuring every detail is managed seamlessly. Travel fees may apply and will be discussed during the consultation.

4How many weddings do you accept per year?
We take on a limited number of weddings per year (between 8 to 10) to ensure every couple receives the personalized attention and care they deserve. By focusing on quality over quantity, we can dedicate ourselves fully to crafting seamless and unforgettable celebrations.
5Do you offer "Day-of Coordination" services?
Unfortunately, we do not offer "Day-of Coordination" as a standalone service. Our priority is to create a stress-free day with a cohesive and high-quality guest experience, which requires detailed planning and coordination well in advance. By starting earlier in the process, we can provide the personalized attention and expertise needed to ensure your wedding is a flawless celebration.
